How do I place and order?
Orders must be submitted via email [(firstname.lastname@example.org or phone OR (469) 855-5982)]. If you are purchasing a cake last minute (week of) payment is due in full in cash only. There is a $25 LAST MINUTE charge to all orders, all flavors are included. Cake orders require atleast a 2-3 weeks notice to avoid late charges. A 50% deposit is required on all cake orders. This deposit is due at immediately and the remainder of the balance to be paid 7 business days PRIOR to date of delivery.
While we hope this doesn't happen, but emergencies due arise, In the event of cancellation, payments and deposits (minimum of 50% of order) are non-refundable. Ordering a signature cake? Credit with us for another cake. No cash, check, or credit refunds will be issued under any circumstances at any time.
Do you have a bakery?
We do not have a store front, so all orders are custom and made-to-order. We are a young company that takes pride in having quality in its products. We show it through our presentation as well as taste. Your cake is made custom for you and attention to detail allows Sugarlicious to work with only YOU in mind.
Do you deliver?
Absolutely! Within a 10 mile radius of 75115 there is no charge. Outside of the of 75115 zip code, there will be a $30 Delivery Charge. If you are picking up your cake, the best way to self transport any cake is on any flat service in the vehicle, example: floorboard, or cargo area of an SUV or van are great places for your cake. You are carrying "hazardous cargo made with SUGAR" so you want to avoid any and ALL sharp turns or sudden stops, and the most important thing is keep your vehicle cool. Never stop to run an errand for any length of time in warm weather, as your car will be hot and icing may melt. We ALL now how hot it gets in TEXAS! Once the cake leaves us, we are not responsible for cake. Cakes should be refrigerated ( or in a cool area) until close to serving time and ENJOY!
